Wu’s Taekwondo Shines at the 2025 Korean Consul Cup!

On October 11, 2025, our team competed at the Korean Consul Cup at the Richmond Olympic Oval — and what an amazing day it was!

We had 80 students representing Wu’s Taekwondo, from yellow belts all the way to high performance black belts. Everyone gave their best and showed great team spirit throughout the day. We’re proud to share that our athletes earned 38 gold, 25 silver, and 12 bronze medals — but most importantly, everyone walked away with valuable experience and memories.

A big thank you to our coaching team — Master Arthur, Master Holly, Coach Terence Luong, and Coach Terence Ng — for working tirelessly all day to guide and support our athletes.

Even though Grandmaster Ricky Wu couldn’t be there in person, his guidance and teachings were definitely felt. Everything our students displayed — from focus to sportsmanship — reflects his leadership and the spirit of our school.

We’re so proud of every student who stepped up to compete. Whether you won a medal or not, you should be proud of your effort, attitude, and growth. Thank you to all the parents, families, and supporters who cheered all day — you’re a big part of what makes our Wu’s family so special.
