Special Recognition
A major highlight of the championships was Master Holly Cheuk being awarded Best Female Coach, an honour she shares with Master Arthur Tong. This recognition reflects the leadership, technical expertise, and commitment both coaches demonstrate in developing high performance athletes at the national level.
Athletes who qualified through their performances at Nationals will go on to represent Canada at the upcoming World Championships. Being selected to wear the maple leaf on the world stage is a tremendous honour and a reflection of the countless hours of training, perseverance, and commitment demonstrated by our athletes.
Wu’s Taekwondo is extremely proud of every athlete who represented our school in Halifax. From Cadet to Senior divisions, our team demonstrated excellence, composure, and unity on Canada’s highest domestic stage.
